Useful Richmond location, minutes from river, shops, close to park & station. Obviously an older building that has been converted into smaller rooms, but all clean, tidy & presentable. Excellent attention from friendly & helpful staff, with nice breakfast room & quality food. Nice river view at back as well, although weather atrocious during my stay. Only negative point was 20-minute wait for hot water in shower on Sunday morning, as all guests apparently wanted to use showers at the same time! (all fine a short while later). Would recommend and use again - especially in view of ludicrous London prices elsewhere. |

The hotel is situated in a lovely area. Parking is difficult, and more than likely you will have to pay in car park. Hotel decor is dated. The breakfast was very poor with half a tomato, 1 sausage, 1 rasher of bacon and a fried egg. There was no options for breakfast whatsoever. |
