Generally good, recption was a bit slow, seemed preoccupied with what they were doing rather than attending straight away. We stopped on the Sunday for £75 which was reasonable value, i wouldn't like to pay the full price (£199) for this quality of room though.

Our room was dark and rather cheerless. the TV did not seem to work properly but we did not complain as we were out a lot of the time. I felt very irritated that the twin room we had booked in addition to our double for the saturday night was not available. A double had been reserved, but it was for our 2 grown up sons. At first the hotel did not seem to be able to do anything about it; they then offered to put in an extra bed which made the room cramped. I felt the accommodation was rather disappointing. The lights in the room were also problematic. There seemed to be no way to switch on the bathroom light at night without putting the main light on too. We were not very happy with the what we got for the cost of the visit. We then found that they were offering braekfast free through the press when we had paid £11.95 each for a less than adequate meal.

I was very impressed with the room at the hotel .It was very clean and fresh. The beds were comfortable and nice crisp clean sheets. The breakfast on the1st morning all the eggs were hard fried eggs and nearly cold. The second morning the tables were not laid properly and had to ask staff for butter marmalade and teaspoons, which were taken from other tables and then when new people arrived for other tables they went through the same process as us.
I understand staff were busy so this was not an issue with us . We really enjoyed our stay and would certainly go again.

Overpriced even with a discount. I had to be moved to another room as mine was so small I could not move in it. Other Ramada's in London offering much better deals than this one.

Overall the Ramada Ealing is a reasonable hotel, it needs a refresh and tidy up as certain areas feel a bit shabby, certainly the costs didn't match the hotel. Food, drinks and email access was overpriced in my opinion, so I ate out there are a number of reasonable restuaraunts in easy walking distance as is the Tube.
My room smelt damp and musty but the bed was comfortable if nothing else. If you really need to stay in Ealing then yes, if nottry somewhere else.
