A warm, family-run guest house just 5 minutes from York’s charming, historic city centre. Steeped in culture with a wealth of interesting places to visit, you are implored to make the most of such an idyllic central location. All rooms are spacious, simplistic and comfortable, with en-suite bathroom facilities, colour television and tea/coffee making facilities. Clean towels are delivered daily an. Our breakfasts must be sampled, consisting of a heart and delicious full English breakfast (with provisions made for vegetarians, specialist diets or simply for those who are slightly more health conscious).

The location was good and the staff member was friendly. Decent breakfast. We had two rooms, the front room downstairs was bigger but one night a couple were chatting outside until midnight so that meant that it was difficult for my friends to sleep. The room we had upstairs was very tight - only room for a double bed and a tiny bit of space around it. £60 seemed expensive for this room in particular.
