Race-goers can enjoy between Ripon, Thirsk and Wetherby racecourses or why not venture into the Yorkshire Dales and the historical attractions of Castle Howard and Fountain Abbey.
Famous as a spa town, Harrogate appeals to both the Business and Leisure traveller. Adjacent to the International Centre, the hotel facilities provide an excellent base for

From the East, North and South. Leave the A1(M)at the junction signed A59 Harrogate. Follow the signs into the centre of Harrogate. Pick up the brown signs to the Harrogate International Centre. The hotel is situated next door. From the West take the A59 through Skipton. On reaching the outskirts of Harrogate follow the signs to the International Conference Centre.

idealy located to main shopping areas and lots of good places to eat and/or drink nearby. Did not eat in restaurant but had breakfast which was good, set us up for a busy day ahead. good views from our room which was clean and spacious with a large, comfortable bed.

On arrival at the hotel I was informed that there were no parking spaces available, which was the whole reason that I booked to stay in this hotel so I then had to pay £10 per day which increased the price of my stay.
We were woken up the next morning by a fire alarm which was not a practice, I was very concerned to find that it took quite a long time to get everyone down the stairs so much so if there had been a big fire we would have been fried! I also noticed that no head count was done so there could have been people missing.
