Right by the sea in a quiet location. I was just staying overnight for business and this was a step up from the usual Hol Inn type places. Very nice - clean, cosy, comfortable and the food was nice too. Would stay there again and would recommend.

Hotel was fine for a holiday break but was subject to lots of noise coming from below in the town which went on into the early morning. This spoilt things somewhat and was surprising as the location was good being close to the promenade.
The room was clean and had the usual amenities but was a little tired and needed updating to compete with other hotels.
Bar and dining areas were very good.

This is a lovely hotel. The rooms we had were large and over looked the gardens. This food was fab.
The only downside was the balcony was very wet ( the sun was out but had been raining the day before ) and my mother-in-law slipped and fell. When we reported to a member of staff she said they cant help the weather. After pointing out i realise this but it was a lovely hot day and the rain was from the day before if she could find someone to even give it a sweep so its not to wet it would be good. So after a big HUFF she did it in the end,,,,, other than that its great you should really try it.

In need of some updating, the window would not stay open unless wedged. Did not help with no fan and very small window in bathroom. Hence mositure condensing on the wall in bedroom. (note it was a very hot days). Also being waken at 06:30 on sunday morning as bottles were being dumped into the on site bottle bank . Would note pay the full listed priced.
