We have used this hotel on a number of occasions and find the staff extremely friendly. The rooms offer good value for money and the location is excellent. |

Stayed in the apartment which was old fashioned but roomy, clean and exactly what we needed as a group of 4 people. Car parking at the hotel is charged extra but worth it as parking can be difficult and expensive in Bruges. |

Never a 4 star much in need of a significant refurbishment. We stopped in the appartment which was depressing ,tattyand very old fashioned, which the receptionist agreed with me on.This was a pity because it has great potential and is well located for the main sites.On- street parking was ok and breakfast fine. |

Staff were friendly. We had an apartment which was next to the hotel section. Apartment is very large but quite old and kind of weird! However, it was clean and comfortable which is what we were after. Location was quite good. Car Parking was limited. |
