The hotel is very expensive for what it is. The bar and reception is good but the room looks like a Travelodge. |

On the booking form I specified a double bed but was only offered twin beds with no apology or explanation. There was a broken plug socket in the room & the light switches for each bed were on the wrong side (ie. The switch for the light over the left-hand bed was set to the right-hand side of the right-hand bed & vice-versa – very confusing). In addition to this, the room did not have a trouser press, Iron or ironing board as advertised. The things I’ve complained about are relatively small but let’s face it – when you’re paying for quality, you expect it. On a positive note the hotels proximity to the west end theatres is excellent, just a 3 minute walk, door to door to see the show we travelled to see. |
