booked through late rooms.... no record of me on checkin.... night staff were useless. looks like im going to be billed twice ... my manager made booking, but they could find no record of it... i had to create new booking when i checked in... terrible hotel service

Ref. Alfred Hitchcock's Psycho "Bates's Motel” The hotel should not be advertised as a hotel. The rooms stand in concrete chalet blocks away from the main reception area. The reception area was manned by persons of foreign decent who had difficulty in speaking English.
The food was edible the service was appalling. The waitresses (Polish) appeared to be having discussions (in Polish) about there social calendars. The most helpful waitress during breakfast was about 80 and reminiscent of Julie Walters’s character in Acorn Antiques.
Pretty much all of the hotels in Aberdeen would have to be full for me to stay here again.

Rather a tired old style hotel. Colleague got out roomed on arrival even after confirming he was travelling to them (9hrs!) Breakfast staff very reluctant to give coffee and tea or even eye contact in some case! Very much self service...Room service was good but breakfast varied in temperature in relation to staffs attitude. The hotel relies heavily on through put of oil workers and treat every one accordingly!
