The breakfast was excellent and the staff very friendly but my room was slightly faded and in need of upgrading. Old pink bathroom suite with mold around the shower tray seal. Accessories and bedding were fine ( even the TV remote worked ). It feels more like a big Guest House than a Hotel but there's plenty of car parking, which is useful in Cheltenham, and it's fairly good value for the area. |

An excellent hotel is a first class location covenient for the centre of Cheltenham - it also benefits from its own on-site parking. My only grumble was that the loud pop music in the kitchen was readily audible in the breakfast room. |

The hotel was easy to find and had ample parking. The family was huge, room enough for a queen and two double beds, which the boys found very exciting. Breakfast was superb, perfectly cooked and generous portions, plus the option to have fruit, cereal and toast. I was especially impressed by the staff's efforts to help us find Calpol at 10:30 in the evening! |

We stayed in the family room, which was a good size. We really liked the grassy square outside, which meant the boys could play football. The shower was a bit rubbish. The food was gorgeous, and it was great value for money. Lovely area, we would stay again. |
