On arrival greeted with attitude at reception desk, then to be told payment was due immediately, then to be told parking was £6 per night, not sure that infomation was given on the web site. breakfast was between 8:00am and 9:30am, we were running late one morning and made it at around 9:15am to be rushed, the staff cearing up around us, very annoying.

My only complaints were;
No setanta sports so I couldn't watch the england game
Room was too hot so had to leave the windows open which is never good in a city centre hotel
apart from that everything was great.

Food was terrible and expensive and you have to pay £6.00 for parking. You also have to pay for internet access. Felt ripped off!!

Rooms were tiny and really really hot - rooms barely contained a double bed. Nothing worked. Asked if they had toothpaste for guests - none. No amenities. Concierge was rubbish and not at all helpful. Holiday inn down the road has bigger rooms, better facilities, is more modern and includes breakfast. Would not stay here again. Urgh.
