This 121-bedroom modern hotel is situated in beautifully landscaped grounds located within easy access of the M25, M20 and M2 motorways and at the entrance to the world famous Grand Prix circuit.It is renowned for its excellent conference facilities and has a purpose built training floor.The hotel also has a fully equipped Otium Leisure Club with pool, gym, spa, sauna, steam room and beauty treatment rooms. There is also ample free car parking. The hotel offers 2 dining experiences. Genevieves Restaurant has been awarded 2 AA Rosettes for it's A La Carte Menu. Road - from M25 junction 3, take A20 to Swanley (not M20). Follow brown road signs for Brands Hatch Racing Circuit. The hotel is on left of the Racing Circuit main entrance. There are 180 car parking spaces available at no charge. Railway - from London Victoria Station, take the mainline service to Swanley (on the Ramsgate and Dover Line). The journey should take 30 minutes. From Swanley Station take a taxi to the hotel (approximately 10 minutes). Alternatively, Ashford Rail Station, with Eurostar connection is 45 minutes away. Air - from Gatwick Airport (35 miles) take the Gatwick Express to Victoria Station and then follow the rail directions. Alternatively, take the M23 North to the M25, towards the Dartford Bridge. Exit the M25 at junction 3 and follow signs for Brands Hatch on the A20. Alternatively, Heathrow Airport is 64 miles away. Ebbsfleet International Station is just a 15 minute taxi ride.

Heating in the room did not work.

The hotel has nice reception and rooms. However the corridors and some public areas looked very tired and carpets dirty. Wall paper peeling in some areas. The cost of a Breakfast is outrageous at £15.95 so always push for a B&B rate. Be aware they still have smoking rooms and I was originally allocated one and had to move

The service was very good but the hotel looks warn and therefore looks dirty. I enjoyed my stay.

Hotel was easy to find, staff were friendly, room was nice enough and very quiet, but it was a very 'basic' room. I booked online and it was apparently discounted from £160 (I think) to a mere £90, yet based on experience I would say the room should have more like a £60 room. I would have been just a tad annoyed if I had paid £160 for this !
