Hotel is conveniently situated for exploring Swansea, Gower peninsula, Cardiff. M4 just on doorstep. Hotel very clean and staff friendly and helpful. Stayed 4 nights with 3 sharing a room. My daughter and 12 year old granddaughter opted to sleep on sofa bed which was already made up on arrival. They found this very uncomfortable to sleep on . so perhaps only suitable for smaller children. The room was functional and furnished to a good standard. The room was cleaned daily, however, a minor quibble would be that the tea and coffee facilities were not replenished daily and on one occasion toilet rolls were not replaced. The problems were quickly rectified by staff at reception. Breakfast plentiful .

Although I cannot fault the hotel staff, my one complaint was the heat in the room. There was absolutly no fresh air getting into the room with the exception of a window which was lucky if it was able to open approx 3 inches. Sorry to say I will not be staying there again. The room was like an oven the whole night and my wife and I both had trouble sleeping. On a plus note to be fair an excellent open breakfast and the staff were great and really helpful.
