From the SOUTH and EAST From the M8 Motorway take junction 18 at ?Charing Cross?. There is only one warning off Junction 18 and the slip road comes off to the right hand side in the fast lane! Turn left into Sauchiehall Street, at second set of traffic lights take a right into Pitt Street and third left onto West George Street. Malmaison is immediately on your left. From the WEST and NORTH From the A82 (Great Western Road) follow signs for ?Charing Cross? (keep to left hand lane), you will go underneath the road & briefly onto the M8. At the traffic lights turn left into Sauchiehall Street. At second set of traffic lights turn right into Pitt Street and third left onto West George Street. Malmaison is immediately on your left. From the AIRPORT From the M8 Motorway as you approach the city, stay to the left hand lane and take ?City Centre? turn off. Turn left at the traffic lights, continue through the next set and then bare right into West George Street. Malmaison is immediately on your left.

The only disappointment was the room doors. When you are in a room where other doors are close together because they close automatically they close with some force making an unecessary amount of noise. On a friday evening when the hotel is particulary busy at late times it can be quite frustrating when trying to sleep.

Excellent location a few blocks to train station, shopping and city center. Definitely a great place to stay in Glasgow. A bit expensive but a very nice hotel.
