    Nicely situated hotel. Friendly efficient service. Comfortable, clean rooms. The escalator was broken all the time we were there and it's a long way up to the 5th floor!

    The lift wasn't working for our entire stay which was irritating for those of us on the higher floors but not a huge problem. The hotel is centrally located and the staff were very nice and happy to help.

    Fantastic room and great value for money. Particlualry liked the bed. Very comfortable.

    Excellent location. Rooms a wee bit small, but fine. Nice toiletries! Very calm.
