I stayed in Hotel Terminal for two days during May 2008. THe hotel is a convenient location close the the Main railway station and quiet if silence is important for your sleep.If you are in Mlan to visit the landmarks and shopping might be a little out of your way, (about 4 stops to Piazza Duomo on the mentropolitana - the underground) and there is not a lot to do around, but since it is located near the centre there shouldn't be any problem, even for a taxi. All staff been very friendly and helpful in all inquiries. The room has been a little small, possibly because it has been a single, but otherwise nice and clean. Breakfast has been OK.

The reception staff were not particularly welcoming. The room was compact but clean and modern. The bar was not open at any time that we observed and we were told it would open at 7pm which was inconvenient for us. The breakfast was not up to a 4 star standard, there was no fruit and no cooked food except for hard boiled eggs and no fresh cheeses. As for location while it is near the central station, it is a good 10 minutes walk with suitcases.
