We had bed and breakfast and the quality of the food was excellent. The staff were extremely polite and helpful, allowing us to check in an hour earlier as we had arrived early and our room was ready. The only criticism I have is that the decor is looking a little dated and shabby. |

Stayed there with my daughter, son and granddaughter and have no complaints. Rooms were in separate annexe but very spacious and lots of room for 15month old to run around in. Can not comment on rooms in main hotel - nor on any other meals except breakfast. Breakfast was very nice, but food could have been a bit hotter. Excellant friendly staff. |

Rather tired hotel in beautiful setting, well placed for exploring Wye valley and Symmonds Yat. Rooms and hotel decor in need of general overhaul, but very warm welcome and excellent service from staff coupled with good food made this a pleasant stay. Paid £80 for B&B on a Saturday night. Set menu for evening meal priced at £20 for 2 courses; £25 for 3 including coffee. |
