Directions to HOTEL DE CASTILLION

Take the E40/A17 and near Bruges, follow direction "Sint-Michiels". In Sint-Michiels, you take direction "Centrum" (centre), and you will arrive at the railway staion of Bruges (see map). At the roundabout, turn left and drive stright ahead, direction "t Zand". At 't Zand', a big square with a large fountain in the middle, take the second street at the right, the Zuidzandstraat (shopping street). Halfway this street just before the cathedral St-Salvator, turn right. Follow this street - the hotel is on the left.

Als u via de E40/A17 komt, volgt u nabij Brugge de richting "Sint-Michiels". Eenmaal in St-Michiels, neemt u richting Centrum, zodat u aan de achterkant van het station van Brugge terechtkomt. u rijdt door tot aan het rondpunt, waar u links afslaat richting 't Zand - Smedenpoort. Aan 't Zand aangekomen, dit is een groot plein met een fontein in het midden, neemt u de eerste straat rechts. Nu bent u in de hoofdstraat, de Zuidzandstraat, waar u vlak voor de Sint-Salvatorskathedraal naar rechts afslaat. Als u deze straat links volgt, ziet u reeds ons Hotel. Veel geluk !

    we stayed in room 4 which was lovely , although it was painted a strange yellow colour and the bed was actually 2 beds put together which made a lot of noise. we could also hear the people next door and above, the walls are very thin and it is not going to be as cosy as you might hope when on a romantic mini break - ! the breakfast was fantastic and the hotel staff could not have been nicer - would recommend, just be warned that the walls are thin.

    The hotel itself is very nice.Rooms are spacious and clean and service is spot on.My only concern is that the menu was a little too fancy for my liking and quite expensive and as such , though I would stay in the hotel again , I would not eat there again.

    The restaurant is excellent and the room was beautiful. The only negative thing about the hotel is the comfort of the bed. The bed was too soft When you book for a double bed, you expect to get a double bed. Not two beds put together with two separate duvets. Especially when you book a junior suite you would expect proper double/king/queen sized bed.
