Excellent value at the laterooms rate. Lack of braodband/wifi a major disadvantage for business travellers. Dinner was good quality but a very limited choice of wine by the glass ( one white or one red was all they could offer) was a disappointment as was the initially very slow service. |

I arrived after midnight but the receptionist arranged sandwiches for me. Hotel looking a bit tired but the ensuite was modern. Breakfast cooked to orderand therefore fresh rather than buffet style. A quiet location but convenient for Birkenhead and Ellesmere Port. Did not check out internet facility. |

The hotel is in a quiet location, with pleasant gardens, modern bathrooms and good parking. The restaurant is attractive and the food good. The location is ideal for visiting the Wirral, Chester, Liverpool and North Wales. |
