Front reception staff were uninterested and unhelpful. They wouldn`t tell us how to get to our room. ``just through that door`` We actually had to go up several floors and a couple of doors. |

The walls are thin and you can hear your neighbours. We were treated to someone rowing and heard many expletives! They are stingy with the tea & coffee and on our 2nd day, no milk was left at all. There were also no biscuits. |
