we where not over happy with the food .EG,carrots was served with my fish,my husband had froozen roast potatos not cooked proper.we did complain to the manager.we will not be staying there again.Also a big crack was in the splash back of the sink in our bedroom.We did not feel it was value for money.

The potatoes we serve are naturally not Frozen potatoes however the guest made have found the potatoes a little harder than preferred. I did offer to change them but the offer was declined.

Although the hotel was a bit far out of the town centre - transport was easily available via trams etc. Staff were extremely accommodating and attentive. Would certainly visit again. Stayed in a Posh Pod room which was very modern and comfortable.

Have been staying at the Elgin now for 10-12 years, and always enjoyed immensely, Great food etc although only complaint would be (and have raised before) 2 chicken dishes on the same evening!
