fine, freindly staff, a bit of a mix up with the rooms but they sorted it our quickly. I wouldn't bother with the extra for the river view though. |

This hotel definitely needs updating - the waste water came back up the plug hole ! - a conventional plug was tied to the mixer tap fitment as the 'stick' integral plug was not working - there was a note on the bathroom door to say please shut bathroom door as steam sets of the hotels fire alarm system ! I did report my feelings to the hotel. |

Although there was a mix up with rooms, the staff were very accomadating in resolving the situation. The hotel is quite dated, it has had some refurbishment, but could do with some more. The bathrooms especially could to with a complete overhaul. |
