We were charged twice for the room and haven't yet been able to sort out a refund. When we were checking in, a previous guest phoned with the same issue so it seems to me that there is a major flaw in their system. |

Our stay was a pleasant, friendly experience. The staff were friendly and helpful, and our room was quiet, clean and had everything we needed. The hotel grounds are beautiful and tranquil. Breakfast was lovely, and the breakfast waitress was especially pleasant. We would definately re visit this lovely hotel. |

I was quoted a price of £105 by late rooms.com for my hotel booking, when I payed for my hotel room I was charged £120, I thankfully had my booking confirmation from laterooms with me and the price was adjusted accordingly. |
