toilet was fixed to wall with a piece of timber and the shower was very poor quality and my wife struggled to wash her hair. The bed was very narrow (may not have been a full double) |

this hotel is very disappointing, it looks great from the website. i was given a single bed room, which smelt of cigarette smoke in a very shabby part of the hotel which is in much need of refurbishment. the shower had not been cleaned since the last guest, and there were used shower gels/ shampoo bottles left in there. the restaurant was incredibly cold, and the food was disappointing. |

had breakfast approx 1 hour before end of service. found cooked items to be overcooked as had been sitting on hotplate too long and had to send toast back as very underdone. expected a much higher standard from a ramada hotel. |
