The room was ok. It was a problem getting into the hotel. No instructions were given at the time of booking. There was no hot water in the morning on the third floor.

Had to pay £10.00 for parking as the hotel parking is very limited, which i found annoying but apart from that was a very enjoyable stay

Food was fine It was very noisy. There was a Christmas party going on and a Christmas tree in lobby eventhough it was only Sept 5th. Girl at reception did not know how to use visa card machine. We were overcharged and she had to ring manager to cancel it.
