The area was grim, and I was worried about the car parking, but inside was a typical Wetherlodge, and I had no problems. |

This hotel is relatively easy to find within Glenrothes. The hotel itself is not suitable if you are looking for a relaxing and restful break- situated in the centre of town; it can be a little noisy, particularly with the pub below. However, it is perfect for a few nights away when visiting friends or family as it provides clean, warm accomodation. We particularly like the price of the hotel and find it gives a more attractive alternative to a travel inn, with the option of a cook breakfast in the restaurant below. Our only complaint was due to the noise levels- particularly since the walls are quite thin and the activities of the participants in the room adjacent to ours was very loud and rather disturbing. However, this has nothing to do with the hotel itself and since it is not something that can be rectified, this was ignored. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again. |

The location was pretty central. The room was adequate for what I needed & was clean, comfortable but basic. The decor of the hallways & staircase leading to the rooms were very poor & run down & in need of decoration which was a bit of a put of before I got into my room. |
