The shower room was very small, maybe if the sink were smaller it would be easier to manoeuvre.

we enjoyed our stay at the hotel, location was good, easy to find, staff very friendly and helpfull and i would stay there again without any hesitation. We were lucky to get a room on ground floor so didn't have to use stairs which could have been some problem seeing there was no lift but we were aware of that.

nice welcome from helpful,friendly receptionists. good location 2to3 mins walk from paddington tube. room size adequate ,clean and warm and slept well. good breakfast. no negatives really, will return to the cardiff when next in london.

Very good value, we did have a problem with the shower but it was sorted out and very effiently and without any great fuss.
