Room a bit dark. No DVD player (web site states AV equipment or some such). Web site said sky channels - all there was was Sky News, not even freeview. Shower no bath - not stated before hand. Room by outside door to annex. As door was stiff made things noisy when folk moved in and out. Would have asked for move if there for more than one night. |

I liked the hotel, my only problem was the food at lunch. two club sandwiches and two diet cokes for £19.30 and sandwich tasted of burnt bread. i was starving and took it back to my room which was too far away from the kitchen to send it back. My advise is stay at the hotel and eat at the country pub next door which has excellent quality affordable food and the locals are very friendly ( real ale was cracking also) |

This was a beautiful hotel with a fantastic garden, which was wonderful to relax in. A surprise find, and one we hope to return to. |
