Staff at hotel could not have been more helpfull.I felt like a guest and not a hotel room number as the staff took the time to chat and friendly and had time for everone would go back anytime

Room on the small size, however Ok for traveling alone. hotel very clean as expected and food exceptable for type of hotel. No internet at the time of staying 2 nights as well as a £5 an hour charge for the interent in room which is not on the website as extra cost.

There were a couple of issues in booking in, our key did not work in the door and dinner service was quite slow.

The desk personnel were extremely nice and helpful. I found the wi-fi reputed hot spot to be less than useful.
