My booking hadn't been received from laterooms.com to the hotel therefore i wasn't on the system. When I tried to check in I couldn't. The hotel staff did what they could but as far as they were concerned I didn't have a booking. After five phonecalls to late rooms after being hung up on four times it was eventually resolved (it took an hour). We were treated well by the hotel and given a complimentary beverage. The beverage was accidently split and our lunch came seperately but other than that the room was great. A great location with fab facilities. |

Did not like the fact that there was a service charge for bar snacks and drinks. Would have been quite happy to order food /drinks at the bar ourselves. It was expensive enough as it is. We also had a room with an adjoining door, unfortunately we could hear the couple next door. |
