For tourists, this wuold be an ideal place to stay, as it is near the main bus terminal, and a 5 min (10 mins if you have heavy bags!) walk from Queen St Train station. Staff are friendly and very helpful. I would definately stay there again. |

Good location, easy to walk to Queen Street or Central Station. I had a large room... the high tech shower featured provided a poor drizzle and did not live up to expectations. Room service breakfast okay Day 1, and wrong rooms breakfast delivered Day 2. WiFi reception was excellent and free. Bar downstairs but no lounge. Near to local restaurants, Waggamama, Dinos etc. Reception slow (1 person on duty at 7.30pm) and busy dealing with a phone call. I wouldn't stay again - other hotels offer better facilities for the same money, but location was very good. More a lodge than a hotel in my opinion, don't go here if you want high service levels, but good for spacious rooms and central location. |
