We stayed just the one night on saturday 9th August 2008 and myself and my wife were both very impressed with the room (lovely piping hot shower) and the friendy attitude of the girl on reception and the young waiter. |

The hotel looks like it could do with a "spruce up". My room was adequate for a stay of one night. The bed throw was dirty with stains on (needless to say this was thrown on the floor away from the bed when I got in it). There was also a footprint on the wall of the room. The windows were mouldy and wouldnt open properly. I left my key behind reception but after 10pm Reception isnt manned and it took me 30 mins to get someone to help me - after approaching several staff members who couldnt help me. |

We were very impressed by the friendliness & helpfulness of the staff, the room was very comfortable, the food good. The hotel provided free transport to and from the railway station. We would certainly stay at the hotel in the future. |
