The West 1 Bar and Grill serves light daytime snacks Three conference rooms, two with air-conditioning and parking available for 150 cars. Please note as of the 1st July 2007 the hotel is a strictly a non smoking establishment.

Very good service from the staff, Hotel was nice looking and good value for money, only let down would be the Breakfast as it wasnt amazing but then its a budget hotel, good enough for a flying visit.

the hotel is too far away from Birmingham NEC and we were told it wwas only 10 minute drive but it was in fact 25 minutes and £12 in a taxi each way.

Food was very nice and the room was small but comfortable. I have no complaints. I can't complaint with such a cheap price.
