Tillington Hall Hotel is a 3 star property conveniently located just ½ a mile from the M6 with many local attractions, ideal for both business and pleasure. The hotel encompasses all that is traditional and modern under one roof in both the services and the facilities provided, hosting 9 conference rooms, 91 en-suite bedrooms, a superb leisure centre and a modern restaurant. With local attractions such as Alton Towers, Drayton Manor, Shugborough Hall and Wedgwood Visitors Centre, there is a wide choice of activities for everyone.
From single rooms to suites; twin rooms to family rooms; smoking to non smoking and doubles to interconnecting, all 91 rooms are ensuite and come complete with all the services required of today's guest. This is delightful, if rather corporate feeling hotel. The service was good, although the receptionist came across as either a little out of her depth or tired, but she tried hard. Breakfast was first class, well presented and hot. An additional member of staff would have been nice as the two on duty were kept very busy and some guests were left waiting for a while. We had one of the upgraded rooms at the back of the hotel, very quiet and comfortable. Good car parking, and the hotel is a short walk (a mile) from town (or only a couple of minutes by taxi).

We arrived quite late and booked ourselves into the restaurant for dinner. The menu was extremely basic with very little choice - it was also very expensive. We had a steak each which were poor quality meats and a small bottle of water and it cost £37.00!
