Wotton House is ideally situated to explore the stunning Surrey Hills, including the old market towns of Dorking and Guildford, and Denbies Vineyard. Just 40 minutes by train to Central London, it is also perfect for visiting the sights and sounds of the city, whilst staying a tranquil setting. A superb venue set in 20 beautiful acres of landscaped grounds the venue was originally the home of the famous diarist John Evelyn and has many original features in the grounds including the turtle house, a temple and grotto. Tastefully extended and refurbished, Wotton House now offers modern, luxurious accommodation in a stunning setting surrounded by original features. Included in your stay is full use of the extensive leisure facilities to include, swimming pool, spa bath, tennis court and well equipped gymnasium. All leisure facilities are strictly over 18s only.

Gorgeous hotel in the countryside near Denbies Vineyards - our roomed opened out onto the grounds and the facilities were spotless, could not fault.

Food was disappointing. Halloween buffet not appropriate for the clientele and it was not October 31st.
Following morning breakfast was uninspiring. Sausages were cold and greasy. Generally the food could have been hotter. The food did not match the 4 star rating of the hotel.
Hotel really suited for business use.

Breakfast selection could have been better (more choice) although not bad.
Nice restaurant.
Room was small.
Bath tube was one of those half tub thingy-bobs!!!?
Grounds are nice.
Very few weights in the gym, good for cardio exercise tho.

Very atmospheric hotel with interesting history for a bit of escapism.
Very good Indian buffet dinner. Breakfast didn't go on late enough - perhaps they cater too much in the direction of their conference guests.
