The ambiance of the hotel was wonderful. The mixologist, (drinks experert), really knew his stuff.

a real find...everything about this hotel was execellent - right from the friendly reception to the quality of the newly refurbished room. Its expensive - but worth it. The only downsides were that the TV is the bathroom did not work - but £50 was deducted from our bill to compensate - also, food in the restuarant slightly disappointing.

We decided to pay the slight extra for a luxury room and couldn't have been more pleased. Our room was exceptional and as it was in the coach house it was more contemporary than the main house rooms with a plasma and bath in the main room.
We were unable to stay for dinner as we were visiting friends in the area. We did however have afternoon tea which was fantastic and plenty big enough for two people. The breakfast was also delicious with the best scrambled eggs I have ever tasted.
Definately going back!
