I have stayed here before, which is the reason for a second visit, but there were a few issues - only one set of towels in the bathroom (two people in a double room), no key geiven for mini bar, no bottle opener for juice etc in mini bar and BOTH lifts out of order - needs some attention. |

This was a last minute break with the wife, we weren't expecting much but the hotel was fantastic, we had a great deal at £67.50 a night including breakfast and when we arrived we were given champagne and canapes!!! Breakfast was fantastic with proper orange juice, decent bacon and warm toast, We ate in the restaurant on the final night, three courses for £17, the food and service was fantastic, after spending £90 on an indifferent meal on the first night in Bristol, we wished we had eaten in on the first night, everything is reasonably priced, wine is a little expensive but well worth it. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a proper hotel with great food and service. We will be back. |

As the name infers this was a very contemporary hotel, modern clean, excellent service, price was reasonable but breakfast was not included. Very pleasant stay |

Hotel was Conveniently located. Restaurant was expensive and had a very limited for Vegetarians. Rooms looked nice, Bathroom was very clean, but the beds were lumpy! The cost of Breakfast (£12 for a full breakfast £8 for Continental) in addition to the cost of the room meant I didn't feel this was value for money - especially when my work Colleague at the Novotel across the road paid £4 less for the room and had breakfast thrown in! |

Excellent hotel but I wouldn't bother with breakfast - not particularly special, rushed and definitely not value for money. Lots of little friendly cafes nearby. |
