My girlfriend and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The castle is amazing and the room was great especially the four poster bed. We both felt breakfast should have been included in the price but nevertheless was ok value for money |

The bedrooms in the west wing are tasteful but very small, though quiet and actually very cosy. Public areas are charming and I couldn't fault the food or drink for value or quality. Beatiful grounds too. Recommended. |

The castle was fantastic. From the first lady I met at the reception, to the bar staff to the room service the following moring the service was fantastic throughout. The castle and accommodation were of a high standard and this was probably my most enjoyable stay over anywherein the uk, and I stay away weekdays 52 weeks a year! this view was shared by my partner. Well recommended to all. |

Can't say about the quality of the food as we had to attend a function and weren't able to eat there but the restaurant certainly looked inviting. Perfect for a romantic meal. Shame though that the bed may have killed the romance afterwards as we didn't find it very comfortable. Otherwise the room and ensuite was spotless and a lovely size. |
