No information in room on meal times. Breakfast table had not been wiped & there were crumbs and other items scattered on it, I asked for fresh milk but it was just poured into the previous user's jug. Holding a diploma in Institutional Management I was not impressed, more training needs to be given to the waitress who let you down, I am confident that this will happen. |

The Lismoyne is a little tired and haven't stayed here for quite a while (due to getting bad rooms a couple of times). Not too bad; had an older room, but quiet and clean. Breakfast was ok, niced poached eggs |

On arrival I was given a room directly above the kitchen and extractor fans. I was given a better positioned room after requesting a room change. Having ordered a sandwich from my room I discovered there was a £3 service charge, which did not appear on the menu ( the charge did appear in the hotel directory), however this trebled the cost of the sandwich. So beware! |
