Directions to The Queensberry Hotel
Following the usual route signs into Bath from the M4 may delay you as the traffic can be heavy and the one way system sometimes frustrating. We have therefore put together a special route guide (usually used by Bathonians) from the M4 to The Queensberry Hotel, which should be trouble-free and all things considered bring you safely to our doors from the M4 in around 20 minutes. From JUNCTION 18, follow the A46 towards Bath for approximately 2.5 miles, passing on your way THE CROWN INN on your left and then the beautiful DYRHAM PARK and the TOLLGATE TEASHOP on the right. Immediately after the teashop, take a right turn (there are no directional signs). Continue along this twisty road for approximately 1.5 miles until you arrive at a T-junction.At the junction turn right (signposted Bristol A420) then immediately left to HAMSWELL. Follow this twisty road past TOGHILL FARM on your right, down the hill and up another hill to A T-junction (approximately 1.5 miles). Turn left up the hill, following the signs to LANSDOWN AND BATH.For the next couple of miles you will drive along passing LANSDOWN GOLF CLUB on your right and BATH RACECOURSE on the right. Continue past the BLATHWAYT ARMS pub on your right and then on to the city outskirts. As you enter the city you will pass the HARE AND HOUNDS pub on your left. You will then be driving downhill until you reach another T-junction with a church on your left. Turn right here and drive down the hill passing the FARMHOUSE INN on your left. Continue past Julian Road on your right and take the next right on to BENNET STREET (street name carved in stone at first floor level). Take the first right on to RUSSEL STREET, THE QUEENSBERRY HOTEL is towards the top of the road on your right. Please double park outside the hotel and we will park your car for you once you have checked in.Have a safe and enjoyable journey.

Enjoyed one night at this very convenient city centre hotel. The staff were extremely attentive and friendly. The valet parking was a definite plus for a hotel in the very heart of the city. |
