The rooms are over priced and not value for the money we paid which was £120.00 pounds for a prebooked en suit double room and £50.00 for a single room. I would not stay at this guest house again and If this is the going rate in Edinburgh for this standard of accommodation we will not be visiting Edinburgh very often.
Overall very dissapointed.

We were given a friendly helpful reception. The Hotel is in a quiet location and the room we had was very clean and very .well appointed. We had a good breakfast even though we had to leave before 9.00am. We would definitely stay there again .
