One of the rooms was a bit small for a double and not enough coffee/tea shower was very hot and fierce. The other room was larger but the bed sheets very extremely dirty. |

Massively overpriced. Reception ok. Room was a joke - you couldn't even shut the window, beds were awful, looked in need of total refurbishment. We had a connecting door between us and the next room, so whether this contributed to us overhearing absolutely (?!) everything that was going on in that room - but it wasn't a pleasant experience. Does nobody know how to build hotel rooms so you cannot hear the goings on in the next rooms? As always, other guests coming back to their rooms late and making a ridiculous noise doesn't help. Why can this not be policed in some way? Rooms were advertised with Sky TV - if you want news or cartoons. Would never ever go back to this place. Awful 1/10 at most. |

This was a total rip-off. Because there was an event at the Millenium Stadium in Cardiff, they hiked their prices up to £155 per room per night and this did not even include breakfast. Had to run the cold tap in the sink to get hot water out of the shower. Daughter had temporary bed which had no support for her whatsoever - she would have got more sleep in the car. Expected more for the price we had to pay. |
