I really enjoyed my stay at the Quality Hotel. The staff were very helpful and most friendly. They appeared to be 'enjoying' their work. The Manager was brilliant and was not afraid to get his hands dirty and really helped in all areas. Garry Busher provided the entertainment on Friday Night and he was excellent. I would have no hesitation in recommending him. The only 'small fault' that I encountered was the lack of Parential Control of the children which were running around the Reception Area. I will return to stay in your aptly named Qualily Hotel in the near future and I will certainly recommend it to my friends.
    Thanking you,
    Paul Bourke.

found the staff at reception extremely helpful and polite. my only complaint was that there seemed very little staff on at the beauty salon, we could not get a booking until very late on sunday evening perhaps the hotel could look at employing part time beauticians over a busy weekend period. other than this our experience of the hotel was excellent
