I wrote and complained, the rooms was damp, smelt, had holes in the walls, dirty towels and linen, i could go on. the only good thing about it was the choice and quality of food. |

Arrived at the hotel around 7 to find no one at reception, after a while waiting I walked round to the bar to seek assistance there where I was met with a rather rude employee who informed me that someone would see me and be out that we would have to wait. It transpired that actually the receptionist was getting her dinner from the kitchen and was not there at the time, no apology. We were finally booked in but again the manner of the staff was not what I would expect. However the rest of the hotel was lovely and very clean - I would stop here again if it was close to where I needed because the food and hotel was nice, just the manner of some of the staff let it down. |

The hotel had much better/quicker access to Coventry city centre than I had anticipated. |
