Location for me was the main barrier - Google Maps and other services locate this in the town centre but it's a convoluted route out to an industrial estate before you find the hotel. Arriving late and leaving early meant that I miss most aspects of a normal hotel stay but it was clean and anonymous, just as I expected, although the top end of what I was prepared to pay.

Its a bit mean to charge so much for breakfast and rediculous to charge for car parking, the desk staff were very helpful and pleasant. I'm very glad we were paying laterooms rates.

A good value hotel with plenty of parking. You do need car/taxi to get into Leamington Spa though.
