Some of the bar prices are very expensive - especially wine by the glass where a higher priced wine was substituted for a cheaper one without asking first.

Evening meal was excellent. Service poor at breakfast. Had to ask for toast then only one slice each was brought. The self service cooked food was only tepid. No waiter cleared away used dishes from the table. eg cereal plates & glasses to make room for the cooked breakfast.

toilet in room did not work, tv did not work, no hot water for shower. most of the light bulbs in room did not work, this was a disaster room. on checking out they gave me a £20 discount that they thought was good enough. i will never stay hear again.
