Probably the best value for money Hotel in Newcastle - about 5 minutes walk from West Jesmond Metro. Despite initial concerns that the Hotel would be noisy, I was pleasantly surprised, and wasn't disturbed at all. It was certainly good for a short weekend stop in order to enjoy the delights of the Newcastle nightlife and the more dubious delights of Newcastle United (on current form). |

The hotel was easily found and we were warned in advance that there may be some noise from the social events and parties, but we were not dissturbed much. |

The hotel is in an area full of bars and restaurants so attracts a young clientele. We were kept awake all night by people returning to the hotel or from a wedding party on site. The restaurant and bar staff, in particular, were very helpful and friendly. The meal in the restaurant was overpriced but well presented. The breakfast was good with a wide range of fresh fruit as well as usual Britsh breakfast items. |
