I thought the hotel reception area was great -warm and welcoming. The staff were excellent - nothing was too much trouble and they made us feel welcome at all times. |

The food and restaurant was excellent and we still talk about the wonderful seafood we had that night. The traffic in Galway can be terrible and this location was easier to get to than the city centre. It was scenic and very relaxing. |

This is a great hotel. A little tough to find if you don't know the area, but the staff was patient with our 3 phone calls. Very friendly and a great view. |

The hotel is easy to get to, the staff were very friendly and efficient. The bar was lovey with very good entertainment (not too loud). The resturant was fine, the meal was good but I have experienced better. I just feel it was a little expensive for what we got. |

We had a lovely relaxing stay in your hotel. We stayed in the Bar both nights and were very impressed by the solo artists that entertained us. We have 5 children and would like to bring them to stay some time. Staff were very friendly and the location was fantastic. Our room was in need of re-decorating but was very clean and cosy. I would like to come back and stay in one of the new rooms that are being constructed at the moment.Thank you |
