Located just off the A456 (Hagley Road) in a quiet leafy road, less than 2 miles from the city centre. Junctions 1, 2 and 3 of the M5 and J6 of the M6 (A38) are approximately 15 minutes away.
The Mailbox, ICC, NIA, New Street Station, Birmingham's universities and hospitals and the County Cricket Ground are all less than 3 miles away. Birmingham NEC is 12 miles from Westbourne Lodge or 10 minutes by train from New Street Station.

The thing that I will remember about this small hotel is the personal service - this is something that has vanished from the big chains now.
I will definely stay here again every time I visit Birmingham.

Have stayed before and will again. Very friendly family run.
The food is amazing, breakfast is lovely, but the evening meals, which are reasonably priced are cooked to order use entirely fresh produce and are gorgeous. After two nights I was worried about need to visit gym to work off weight.
Only draw back is that it is not central, but everything else outweighs that.

Not sure what I expected, but is a clean well run hotel. Did not have any meals during my stay but the level of service was pretty good. Nice place to stay

One of the best hotels of this type in which I have stayed. Spotlessly clean, impeccably maintained, good attention to detail. Staff pleasant and helpful but not familiar. Breakfast very decent, good coffee. An unpretentious but comfortable and convenient hotel offering excellent value.
