It is NOT necessary to phone the hotel to confirm your booking as it is already guaranteed!!! You also do NOT need to phone us in case that your flight or ferry is delayed; our reception is open 24 hours a day.

Important information for guests travelling on night ferries or flights (e.g. to and from U.K. or Ireland)
Please keep in mind that the standard check-in-time is 4.00 p.m. of the booked and confirmed day of arrival, if no prior arrangements have been made.
We strongly recommend all guests who are travelling on night flights to also book the preceding night!
Example: You leave your home country on Friday evening and the flight arrives in Ibiza on Saturday in the early morning hours at 1.00 a.m.; according to international hotel rules and procedures you cannot check-in before Saturday afternoon, if the unit is confirmed for Saturday! However, if you book in advance your room for Friday, we shall make it possible for you to check-in immediately at night (without waiting so many hours). And in case you leave on a night flight and you do not want to check-out by 12.00 noon on the day of your departure, you should also make a reservation for the following night as there is no courtesy room available!
If you are travelling on night flights and wish to book the preceding night for immediate check-in, please enter the exact date of the preceding night in the reservation system!

Our cancellation policy is that you are able to cancel your reservation up to 24 hours before the date of your arrival. Please note that this period starts 24 hours before the DATE of your arrival NOT YOUR ESTIMATED ARRIVAL TIME. You must inform us about your cancellation in time to avoid a no-show charge or a late cancellation charge. This charge is the total of the first night's accommodation cost and will be charged to your credit card if you do not notify us in time.

How to get from the AIRPORT to the hotel: # Taxi: In front of the airport terminal you will find a taxi rank. You will pay approximately EUR 25-30 for the transport to the hotel (22 kilometers). # Bus: In front of the airport terminal you will find a bus stop (bus nº 10). Take this bus to the terminus in Ibiza town (Av. Isidor Macabich), change to bus nº 3 to San Antonio and get off the bus at the new terminus. Change to bus nº 2 or 6 to Port des Torrent and get off the bus at Bar Voramar for a short walk to Hotel Club Els Pins (1 minute). > NEW! Direct bus service (June 15th - September 15th): In front of the airport terminal you will find a bus stop (bus nº 9). Take this bus to San Antonio and get off the bus at the new terminus. Change to bus nº 2 or 6 to Port des Torrent and get off the bus at Bar Voramar for a short walk to Hotel Club Els Pins (1 minute). Timetable: departure airport - 8.00 am, 10.00 am, 12.00 noon, 5.00 pm, 7.00 pm and 9.00 pm # Car: Leave the car park of the airport and follow the street (260 metres/284 yards), till you come to a roundabout where you must turn into the direction of Sant Josep; follow the street "Carretera de Sa Caleta" (2.7 kms/1.67 miles), until you reach a crossing where you must turn left and continue your yourney on the PM-803; follow the PM-803 (14.6 kms/9.07 miles via Sant Josep and Sant Agustí), till you come to a roundabout where you must take the fourth exit; follow the street "Avinguda de Sant Agustí" (1.5 kms/0.93 miles), until you reach the street "Carretera de Cantabrica" where you must turn right; after approx. 100 ms/109 yards you must turn one more time on the left; the hotel entrance is after approx. 55 ms/60 yards on the right. Keep right when you leave the ferry. After crossing the Avenida Santa Eulària des Riu, enter the Avenida Bartomeu Rosselló and follow this street which later changes its name to Avenida Isidor Macabich. The terminus of Ibiza town is situated in the Avenida Isidor Macabich on the right. Take bus nº 3 to San Antonio and get off the bus at the new terminus. Change to bus nº 2 or 6 to Port des Torrent and get off the bus at Bar Voramar for a short walk to Hotel Club Els Pins (1 minute). How to get from SAN ANTONIO HARBOUR to the hotel: # Taxi: In front of the harbour terminal you will find taxis. You will pay approximately EUR 6-8 for the transport to the hotel (3.5 kilometers). # Bus: You can also go by bus from San Antonio harbour to the hotel, but first you have to walk about twelve minutes or more! Keep right when you leave the ferry and go into the direction of the promenade Paseo Marítimo. After reaching the egg monument at the roundabout, turn left into the Carrer de Paris and follow this street which ends in front of the new terminus. Take bus nº 2 or 6 to Port des Torrent and get off the bus at Bar Voramar for a short walk to Hotel Club Els Pins (1 minute).
