I had to send my first room service meal back and the second was not cooked properly.

Be careful with this one. I booked through laterooms as their own website was showing that there was no availability. When I arrived at the hotel, they didn't have my booking. Apparently the LateRooms booking gets faxed to them, but the fax is upstairs from reception, and not always checked. The only had one room left, and someone was in it watching TV, as theirs was broken. It was a smoking room, so whatever your preference is on the booking cannot be guaranteed. Room was ok though, big, and breakfast is a very good spread

Arrived 4.30pm. Tried to run a bath- no hot water. Rang reception, promised to get back to me. Went down for meal at 6.00pm and again asked about the hot water, promised to come and inform me in the restaurant - didn't happen. After meal went back to reception, manager said the bolier had been out but should be OK now. Went back to room about 0830pm. tried water still cold. Called reception - no answer. Went down to reception and manager came back to the room and tried himself. Started to lecture about the use of water and how I need to wait until the boiler had warmed up. Also mentioned that radiator in bathroom was faulty. Promised to fix but didn't happen over the two days. Went to bed.
OK in the morning but not enough to run a bath. returned to hotel next evening same problem. Had warm shower instead.
